This used to be called the Eye Referral Center.
It's the only thing in the city proper that I took a picture of. Hehe. It looked neoclassical and I thought that it might be a really old and well-preserved building. It's now full of posters of a derma clinic endorsed by Kring-Kring Gonzales.
Not just endorsed but owned by Kring-Kring.
